H L Dean Jewellery offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. GENERAL

1.1 The goods for sale are described as accurately as possible with images, and measurements. As all the items are handmade, differences may occur from the photographed items.

1.2 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

1.3 On International orders, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the buyer.

1.4 The buyer has the responsibility of caring for the item once received. We will not be responsible for damage or deterioration due to misuse or lack of care.

1.5 As all of the items are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be delivered.

1.6 In the event of a ‘force majeure’ or circumstances beyond the our control, the delivery maybe delayed and reasonable extension is expected by the buyer.

2. RETURN POLICY

2.1 Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the undamaged original packaging.

2.3 Earrings are exempt from being returned for reasons of hygiene.

2.4 Personalised, customised or stamped items cannot be returned.

2.5 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

2.6 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@hldean.com.

2.7 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Goods that arrive faulty or damaged must be reported to us within 5 days.

2.8 To return your product, you should mail your product to: 69a, Linden Gardens,  London, GB, W4 2EW. 

2.9 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2.10 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

3.1 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 

3.2 You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
